Raised in an Italian household where food was the heart of every gathering, Chef Ricardo brings decades of culinary passion and expertise to the table. With a celebrated career that includes owning one of the Okanagan’s top restaurants, Ricardo’s Mediterranean Kitchen, his focus has always been on quality, flavour, and a welcoming experience. Now at Soma, he brings that same beloved touch to a more casual menu — crafted with heart, heritage, and fresh local ingredients.
