Soma started with a simple dream \u2014 to bring life back to an old piece of land and create something meaningful with our own hands. Once cleared by horses, the orchard was tilled and planted in 2016, with our first harvest and cider release following in 2018.<\/span><\/h5>\n
What began as a family project has grown into a small, thriving cidery rooted in community, creativity, and care. Every cider we make is pressed from apples grown on our land, crafted on-site, and shared with intention.<\/span><\/h5>\n
Over the years, Soma has become more than just a cidery. It\u2019s home to a cozy tasting room, a seasonal lounge and patio, a boutique farm inn, and most recently, Ricardo\u2019s Kitchen \u2014 offering a taste of Mediterranean-inspired dishes alongside our cider. The orchard is also shared with a few friendly alpacas and plenty of space to explore, relax, and connect.<\/span><\/h5>\n
